Job Description: Position includes but is not limited to administrative support for a 400 person workforce including the Chief and Deputy Chief of Operations. Duties include reviewing, formatting, editing, correcting as well as tracking all correspondence, documents, and reports. Prepare travel orders and make travel arrangements, files and records, assemble information for various reports and is the records custodian for the branch. Generate and maintain all CDRLs, initiate and track all suspense’s for the branch and coordinate and conduct branch American National personnel issues such as time sheets, leave slips and balance verification. Manage Civil Engineering vehicle fleet to include tracking and monthly inspection of vehicles, coordinate scheduled and operator maintenance as well as all repairs. Report monthly mileage, respond to any vehicle accidents (including after hours as required), investigate and formulate accident data and prepare, submit and track vehicle release letters for all vehicles assigned to BCE. Prepare and submit Vehicle Validation Verification (VAL). Issue and maintain all GOV license for BCE employees as well as contractor certifications, triennial certifications and all related training and inspection items. Issue VIL keys (fuel keys) for BCE and validate monthly fuel usage and reporting. Send out or conduct vehicle safety briefings and work as the liaison between BCE and Transportation. Other related duties as required.

Location: Incirlik Air Base
Citizenship: US Citizen
Experience: •Minimum of two years experience in office management functions.
•Proficiency in Microsoft XP Professional and Office applications (Word,Power Point, Excel, Access, Outlook).
•Must be able to work autonomously on staff administrative issues. Must possess an ability to organize work to meet deadlines and must possess good grammar and spelling skills.
•Should be able to key approximately 50 words per minute and be familiar with standard office equipment.
•Should have a valid State side Driver’s License.
Education: Must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent.
