Job Description: Responsible for the efficient and economical management of the vehicular fleet. Supervise and perform the scheduling and analysis of maintenance performed on vehicles and equipment. Perform On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS) functions. Prepare, review and correct OLVIMS system products. Perform fleet maintenance, operations, and vehicle control functions analysis. Develop local retrievals to obtain specific data and analyze this data for specific trends. Coordinate with work center supervisors and using organizations to ensure timely repair of assigned vehicles. Monitor contract and warranty repairs, status, and funding. Develop and administers long and short-range plans and programs for completion of scheduled maintenance and special projects. Program vehicles for depot maintenance on a 5-year maintenance plan. Control and administers the delayed maintenance, accident, and abuse programs. Prepare data for presentation in tabular, chart, graphic and summary form. Analyzes data for deviations from specific performance indicators and helps to develop corrective actions. Collect data for Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), etc. Give written and narrative summaries to meet management needs.
Qualifications: Skilled in Microsoft Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Well-rounded education in English grammar and composition

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years OLVIMS experience.
Education: Must have a high school diploma.
Security Clearance: Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Secret Security clearance
