Job Description: Receive, log, track and input all incoming service calls, work requests (AFF-332) and other pertinent information received via telephone or by walk-in customers into the IWIMS (Interim Work Information Management System). Provide customer status and update on work requests, work orders, DSWs, and other pertinent information related to Civil Engineering activities. Input, track, and maintain current status of Civil Engineering work. Must be trainable to create, update, and maintain IWIMS reports and data reports. Perform duty as Service Call Technician. As a Service Call Technician when the situation dictates implement appropriate actions, i.e. emergency, urgency as required to mitigate the circumstances. Also, implement emergency recall roster and work call backs when directed or situation requires. Maintain an accurate shift event log in English. Supervise and direct the DIN (Do-It-Now) Mechanic activities. Maintain close coordination with DIN Mechanic, controller/schedulers, material control, and program development on all procedures and actions required in processing daily service call work. Work uncommon/flexible duty hours. Performs other related work as directed.

• Must be highly skill in computer application.
• Must possess a valid driver license (minimum “B” class).
• The ability to speak the Spanish language is desired.
Education: Minimum High school education
Security Clearance: Must possess or be capable of receiving a US Secret Clearance
